The last 100m was tuff. Cold, windy, altitude well above 5000. I had to concentrate on every step.

Next time we go up we are climbing to reach the highest peak in Europe, Elbrus 5600 above sea level.

Acclimatising in altitude well over 3000 might be fairly exhausting but gentle touring tempo was comfortable all the way up, to altitude 4057.

RIO2016 is over.

Rio2016 is over. I am absolutely happy that the plan we have set before coming here was accomplished to one hundred percent and I could enjoy beautiful moments of victories.

Awesome celebration of my #RIO2016 medals in Slovak house, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. New jerseys, gold and silver to add to my collection were presented by Slovakian paralympic officials with 42 Degrees Coaching Kyleigh Manners receiving honorary appreciation for coaching me towards this achievement. What a sweet moment to have and time to spend in the fine company of Slovakian people and one incredible Welsh man leading me to the top of world track podiums this season. Thank you all.
