Mission 56T Rotor track chainring

19TH OF JANUARY

My search for this not so usual chainring started not so long time ago when I have realised that 55 teeth chainring is simply not big enough. I have tried several portals but with no luck.

My search for this not so usual chainring started not so long time ago when I have realised that 55 teeth chainring is simply not big enough. I have tried several portals but with no luck. Than I thought about getting it created by somebody with CNC however that proved to be even trickier. Fortunately, good luck struck me and I have seen Spanish tandem squad training on 56 teeth monstrosity from Rotor. My mission has started all over again. After numerous attempts to get this directly from Rotor UK and promises that I get call back (that call never happened), I have written to Spanish headquarters and agreed to have one imported though UK supplier. Few emails later we have agreed on quantity and I was well happy to get a link on the web to order one. Some time later, I was informed that there is no 56T and that I can choose 55T instead.... I have literally laughed my ass of :D that was good one. Fortunately, it was just an oversight from distributor and there was 56T chainring waiting for me. From there on, delivery was super quick and I am about to find out how it is to ride on 56T chainring. Fingers crossed for this experiment :)
