Nice calm September weather is calling to get out on the bike, start training again as the last race of the paracycling season approaches. Getting back into the training pace after few days off seems to be fairly hard. Especially with recovery procedures still in the plan. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger right ?  The Prague circuit in Strahov is very likeable. Many twists and turns, ups and downs packed with action and I believe it ll be as good fun as last year. 10 days to start and counting down :)
