 At last safe and sound in Italy :) Velodromo Fassa Bortolo looks fabulous inside out and wheels role well on all wooden track. Trainings are planned mostly in  the mornings so I try to spin wheels practically half way asleep. By the end of the session I am awake :D I jump on my road bike, turn legs for short time while observing beautiful villages around Montichiari and quickly head back to hotel for recovery massage. Same goes on in the evening. Well almost the same, as by this time I am well awake for speed work and final riding line adjustments. Having great time with 42 Degrees Coaching :)
